I think it is a very positive and fast way to move to NASDAQ. There is nothing strange about it in my opinion. It is a rare opportunity that does not come along very often. And I commend Ira for taking advantage of the opportunity.

I was thrilled with the announcement. Apparently so were others. Look at the trading volume and the positive upward movement in price today.

The faster FAMH can move out of the manipulated BB market the better. It is far easier for the true value of FAMH to be recognized on NASDAQ. The price will appreciate far quicker being listed than being an OTC-BB stock.

Just being listed brings in a whole new group of interested investors, including brokers, that will not even look at BB stocks.

If the possible merger can get FAMH listed sooner than it would have another way, it is well worth it.

The potential for FAMH shares to appreciate in value is increased in a big way by being on NASDAQ.

FAMH is fundamentally sound and has already met all of the qualifications to move to NASQAQ, with the exception of the bid price.

To me, this is clearly a smart thing to do.
