If one rereads the releases one will also find that ALL of them were initiated from CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA. Huttoe and Maria WERE the board members. No one else. They could do and say anything they wanted without telling the employees in Virginia. i.e. Issue stock, make up phony press releases, phony consulting agreements, etc. You name it, they could do it. They didn't need Walther's approval to do anything.

Yesterday's release was the first from McLean, Virginia. I suspect we will never hear from Coral Gables again.

While I cannot say that Mr Walther was not involved (I believe he didn't know (until recently)), we must give him the opportunity to turn things around as this is the ONLY CHANCE we have to recover our investment. As I have stated, I am resigned to the fact that my investment is dead for now. I am willing to give Mr Walther a chance to set the record straight. The true statements of fact that will be made to us shareholders may or may not be even more painful. That remains to be seen. Lawsuits will only serve to cripple the company further.

Let's at least give Mr Walther a chance. And by the way ...... I think one loyal SEXI poster on this board should be elected to the NEW BOARD OF DIRETORS so that we are informed and to make sure information disseminated to the public is easily VERIFIABLE.

Anyone care to cast a vote for the SEXI board member ?
