Cheryl, I might have a candidate for the NASDAQ company. It is XOX Corporation. Here's a Feb. 12th press release on YAHOO that states XOX will be delisted unless it makes a public filing by March 31, 1998 with the SEC evidencing a minimum of $3 million in net tangible assets. I would guess FAMH has that much in cash by now and, because of the 3/31/98 date, is why the deal may be inked next week.
