My understanding is that Markettimer is in no way proprietary.
It is a document, similar to a magazine, that one pays for
in exchange for receiving it in the mail. As you can find it
in many libraries, the information contained in MarketTimer
is in the public domain, and can be cited freely.
The timing model that Bob uses, is proprietary; this is why
you don't know what it is, even as a subscriber.
Proprietary information is typically not given out, except
under signed, legally enforceable confidentiality agreements.

Would you feel any differently discussing the latest
Popular Science project with a nonsubscriber?
