Casey, Thanks for the interesting web site for Nasdaq short interest. But I think that Jim is right, TTRIF is Nasdaq and ERHC is Nasdaq pink sheet (OTC-BB). You can go to investool site chart section and it will show you whether the stock is Nasdaq or Nasdaq pink sheet: investools.com I think your site only shows short interest for regular Nasdaq because I tried a few pink sheet stocks and none of them show up.
