I bought TNCX this week while it dipped and I want quick feel-good returns. But this news makes me a bit nervous. Was this capital needed for material purchases ? Was it because the auditors said they were out of cash ? Was it needed in such a rush that they could not do a regular secondary offering ? Could they not get a short term loan to pay for material without giving equity away ? Are they buying the ship systems to keep then share royalties ? Lots questions. Hopefully we will know soon.
