I want to share some scriptures about Moses in Exodus 33:12-15
Moses said to the Lord, "You have been telling me , Lead these people, but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, I know you by name and you have found favor with me. If you are pleased with me teach me your ways SO I MAY KNOW YOU and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people. The Lord replied " MY PRESENCE will go with you and I will give you rest. Then Moses said to Him, "If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.
Teach me your ways so that I may know you is what got me. We are to know Him by doing His will based on His word. For example we see where He is working and join in and this is where compassion comes in, He tells us to feed the hungry, so when we feed the hungry we see Him in the compassion, He tells us to cloth the naked there we see Him in obedience to His Law the Law of love that is Messiah to me. We have eternal life but He said if you love me keep my commands and these are the commands I know, love ye one another as I have loved you, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your mind and all your strength and love your neighbor as yourself.
The other part of this account of Moses is His presence, I tell you there is pure joy and rest in His presence and bright light into your spirit that is unforgettable. Jesus is the one that has made me able to be in His Presence and Jesus is the light unto our paths. Then I start to consider all the things He has made and the awe overwhelms me again in the magnificence of nature and the works of His hands are so incredible to me.
