Larry, I was going to say "Welcome to the DPMI Thread".. but then I realized I had been away so long, you could be welcoming me instead. Thanks for the most useful "core dump" on the TXN processes.. Would your comments be most applicable to DSP chips, or could the same be applied to ASIC and DRAM chips? As for your thoughts regarding another entry point into DPMI, you could well be correct...though the tie to TXN's results escapes me somewhat.. Personally, it appears to me that so many things are going DPMI's way that I am prepared to buy almost blindly (almost). The recent info that DPMI is taking over Hyundai's inhouse phtomask operations appears to indicate a growing "critical mass" for DPMI that augers well for their potential over the next several years. BTW..where are you in Colorado?...(Did my master's at Boulder). "The Saintly One" -- TSO
