Dear grw5:
As you know I have answered both in letters to shareholders and on this board numerous times why the amount of shares outstanding
will climb. If they review those posts ,letters and press releases they will discover that the overwhelming number of shares are to the cardcall shareholders under the agreement signed over one year ago when we acquired them. The majority are
still under lock up arrangement and they have four more years in which
to exercise them. The buyback commenced earlier this year and
shares purchased over the last few months are just now starting to be sent back to the transfer agent to be returned to treasury.Apparently,
people not only don't understand the buyback procedure(i.e you
cannot buy with the intent of driving the stock up-you can only go
to the bid side)but they don't realize you have to file an 8k (to inform
people as to status)but most important we will be completing our yr
end audit and in the Cash flow statement and the reconciliation
of shareholder equity statement we have to show separate line items
for the shares increased during the period(to CardCall shareholders)
and shares decreased during the period(shares bought back)-YOU
CAN'T HIDE
