A new agreement would probably not be SIGNED if it offered only benefits to ONE SIDE, be that DCTC or FTEL.

More likely, IMO if a new contract is signed it would be A FAIR CONTRACT, one that is fair to BOTH SIDES. Not one that gives substantial benefits to FTEL or one that gives substantial benefits to DCTC.

I'd say until we see something, I for one am expecting atatus quo.

Additionally, the problem is not that "DCI can't bring money to the table" read the news releases from both DCTC and FTEL and you will see this.
