As I read your post another thought comes to mind in line with my previous discussion on the fact that one must state their investment horizon...

too many times people who rely on technical analysis beat their heads against the wall arguing with people on these threads who rely on non-technical analysis,,, industry dynamics, competitive forces, mgmt, and the such

I must confess I know very little about technical analysis and am very skeptical about anyone or anything that states they can predict short-term (less than 6 month) movement in stocks. I respect your opinions and the tools that you use, but....

I like to focus on the dynamics of the company and the industry. I would again welcome anyone;s view and I will refine question even more

without using any technical analysis please post top three reasons you are bearish on Dell over the short term (6-12 months) or long term (12-36 months)
