Thanks for the response. Actually I had a great two weeks savouring the white gold of Colorado with the family. The weather was cold but the skiing was great. I'll find out more about this situation over the next few weeks, hopefully, but as for this being a deal breaker I'm not sure. A copy of the actual agreement would help. I'll post what I find out.
