This is a lie. BRCP has a small contract with Dallas county where they *may* use Matridigm tools. My guess is that they only said that because they own a piece of this loser.

No. The recent run-up was created by artificial demand for the stock via inter-market maker trades and trades between accounts held by insiders and large shareholders of Zitel stock. The reason was to create a more favorable conversion rate for the Cayman islands stock. This is why there's been a little hype generated lately. Zitel is still a scam, and will eventually return to the gutter.
