It just feels so good to finally see new recent highs with volume.

Dorine, All,

I've said nothing new we all haven't stated one way or another, but I do want to step on the soap box a moment before we all start buying champagne.

Regardless (Happy Mr. Bergman? <g>) if the stock runs to a pre split $3.00, this doesn't change the issues we're all concerned about regarding the management choices leading us to this advanced state of dilution.

In the cold light of day, this stock has been treated as if it were the personal currency of management with no regard whatsoever for the shareholders. This is a public company damn it and we deserve to be recognized as owners by management in more than a cursory to supercilious manner.

The type of questionable accounting and management style of the past can't go on if we expect CCC to be elevated into a credible, respected force. Change is essential to growth and we need to see this happen at the fundamental level.

I'm sincerely happy for all of us that the stock is showing an upward trend, but it's not so heady to me that I'm not seriously worried as to what degree present management will further reward itself when actual revenues start coming in?

The old bromide stating "The only thing positive about banging your head against a brick wall is it feels so good when you stop," is easy to fall prey here to with an uptrend. For those of us who are in to hold this equity l o n g, I feel it's important we keep our collective focus and memories lucid.

Personally, I've had well into the five figures tied up with this company for the past two and one half years due to much empty innuendo coming from Bohemia. This is no small amount to me. I'm still nearly at a 70% loss. I didn't invest that much of my capital just to come out even while being ignored in the process as a shareholder by top management. I doubt any of you would disagree regarding your investment in CCEE.

I look to the light but I do so with a cautious eye. Past sins of management must NOT be repeated. This concerns me people. I just pray these matters are being seriously considered by the new people keystone in effecting a bright future for Computer Concepts.

Onward,

George
