Pruly objective viewpoint.

Some may rember I went into Q3 report holding put options. I am glad they expired worthless.

I was watching the price of the stock in real time all day friday. I knew the price had dropped near the close of trading

After listing to Conferance call, and going over the numbers. I was sure my option's would expire worthless. Friday night I put in a order to buy 3,000 at market ( Normaly I don't buy at market) But the report and call was so good that I can only see the stock going up.

Monday I watched all the trading action. About an hr before market close I bought 10 22 1/2 call options. (This was only the secound time I have ever bought options the frist being the put's )

I'm holding most my investment cash back in case im wrong and can once agean buy at some lows. As I had done buying IOMG from 14 to 17.

Ok so I bought near the high of friday's trading @ 25 1/8 but rember I sold at 26. And I still have not bought back as many shares as I have sold. I am in position to excersize my call options.

Anyway for all it's worth most of you know I do fallow IOMG very close.

So from a pruly objective view point based only on facts and with a position that my put options would expire worthless I bought the stock.

I would encourage anyone that has not listened to the call in it's entirety to listen.

On the bullish side I did like K.E. CEO IOMG. Bullish statement about pursuing the remaining major computer manfactures. I translate that as going for a Compaq OEM (Original Equipment Manufactures).

The Penang plant going on line sounds like margens will improve.

The "Dream Team" ("Intell, Texas inst, Motorola and Symbios logic is indeed a great move by IOMG. Once agean a good step toward helping margens and bring down the price of Zip.

But that was not the best news. The iceing on the Iomega cake was the improved Tie ratios. Rember Iomega now has about %10 of there business from OEM's. The increase in OEM's had led me to belive the Tie ratios would be hurt. I did not think people buying a computer with a Zip allready installed would buy as many Disks as a person that went out and bought just a Zip. Now this may still be true but the fact is Tie ratios have improved. I would credit this to the installed base. As the installed base grows so does the Tie ratio.

Well Back in IOMG felling good about it and ready to buy more.

Good luck to all. well all but shorty.
