PYNG NASDAQ listing?
O.K. something real strange here. If anyone can help me make sense of this I would appreciate it. A friend called me tonight and said that Pyng was listed on the NASDAQ now. I told him that is one of the things we are waiting for, but it hasn't happened yet. He responded that he had seen the quote online at the CheckFree quote server. I was skeptical but I checked it out and it was true! If you go to the CheckFree server(www.secapl.com) and punch in the symbol PYNGF you get a NASDAQ quote for Pyng in American funds! It shows a close of $4.170 up .570 and had all the other info(52 week low/high, etc) all shown in $U.S. it shows a blank field for todays volume however. I immediately tried YAHOO quotes but the symbol came up invalid. I ran through all the other quote servers I know and even tried the NASDAQ home page but all came up "invalid symbol" In the end I found only one other quote server that it shows up on, NewsAlert(www.newsalert.com) showed todays date and a last sale of $4.170, again use the symbol PYNGF to verify this.
For the information of people who are not familiar with the NASDAQ the "F" in PYNGF stands for foreign, the reason it isn't PYTF is that the NASDAQ uses a four character system as opposed to the VSE's three(the "F" is always extra). This is exactly what I would expect the listing to look like.
Obviously trading on the NASDAQ has not yet started, but this is interesting as it shows a valid symbol for the company. Does anyone know what this means? I believe that today would have been our fifth consecutive close above the qualifying price had we not been halted. Is this just a ghost created by the paperwork that has already been filed? Or does this signify an actual NASDAQ listing is more imminent than any of us suspected? We need a real NASDAQ guru to help figure this out, if anyone understands the significance(or lack of) of this please enlighten me.

As always any info is appreciated,
Justin C.
