Dear Mephistopheles,
This posting is in response to your concerns regarding World Gaming's AD Partners Program which gives webmasters the opportunity to advertise the World Gaming web site and share in a percentage of the profits. When we first started the profit sharing Program in February we were unable to accommodate for US and Canadian traffic to our website, however, we did NOT restrict US and Canadian webmasters from participating in the program. We gave them the choice of making use of any non North American traffic that they might have to their site (this usually ranging from 5 to 30%). At the same time we began signing up many non-English speaking web sites from outside of the US and Canada to promote World Gaming. These sites with non US based traffic did much better in the first month of the program than some other US webmasters who reported no earnings. Now that we are able to accommodate for US based traffic by redirecting potential customers to a Softec licensee that can and will accept US or Canadian wagers, we have satisfied our North American base of advertisers and given them the ability to earn revenues from promoting an online casino. This advertising program is just over 1 month old and is already showing considerable results for many of our advertisers and for World Gaming. I'm confident that it's success will continue to show in our rapid growth of advertisers and revenues over the next few months. If you have further questions or comments regarding this program or any other marketing initiatives developed by World Gaming or Starnet - please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
Tracy Kurz
