Does anyone know what the 'streets' current MCRE qtr estimates are ? I looked at Zacks (free web site) and it indicates 0.00; is that correct ? I have MCRE shares that I got at $10.5 that frankly I've almost forgotten about as my other stocks are enjoying gains. But yesterday when I saw how MCRE was creeping back towards it 52 week low I considered cashing in some gains in other stocks to average down my MCRE holdings.
