Bernie, I understand what you are saying BUT when you issue a NEW buy signal and then a SELL signal two weeks later (fsdcx) you must take into account the .75 penalty!!! This hurts big time. I will hold this one until the penalty period expires and hope for the best.

Avoiding the penalty must be taken into account when investing in these sector funds. Especially if one is paying 3% up front.
