Berkshire Hathaway Report: berkshirehathaway.com Warren thinks the markets are not overvalued if interest rates stay down, and ROE's stay up. I doubt this report will have any downside effect to the markets this week. Of course someone could find some statement he made about not finding a new investment for Berkshire, that they could pound the pulpit on, I'm sure.
