Mork supeona-ed me as a 'witness' in his 'case' <lol> against RMIL, he demanded my personal records, securities, bank accounts, etc. <lol>
Shifty, and other counsel has found this 'harassment' of a RMIL shareholder offensive and we have countered.

* BTW, Gault, the relevance of reproducing Kuglers post was that the only persons I told that I was served were my lawyer and Riley, yet Kugler posted it to me adding his laughabe threat as a caveat and smartin/Mork who posted I was named as a defendant for libel in the case...OOOOPS!! It seems that now Shifty will have to supeona records to disclose Mork/martins idenity so he can be served too!
