I believe the small cell you refer to is the Hockaday cell. The investment play is apparently a penny stock MHTX Manhattan Scientific which is owned in great part by PJTV Projectavision another penny stock with a very vitriolic following. They are both covered by SI: Subject 18837 Subject 887 They also have threads on Yahoo. The PJTV thread is the most active, 95% about their projection TV system, with an occasional mention of their MHTX holdings.
