I have been keep saying: Houses in Loas Altos Hills (Silicon Valley, CA) need to fall $500K-$1 million before they are a good buy. This according to me and many others who are trying to buy a house in one of the most exclusive areas of CA! However usually (if not most often) what we wish for is different than what we get!
