Nasdaq quotes for Pyng

I'm not an authority on Nasdaq but from what I gather there is Nasdaq (the real thing) and Nasdaq "pink sheets", the equivalent of over-the-counter (OTC) or in Canada the Canadian Dealer Network (CDN). The quotes you're managing to get are in all likelihood for pink sheets.

I am following another company which hopes to get a full Nasdaq listing and they say that one of the requirements is a market cap of $100 million US.
