Loren, I read the news releases on DGIV and it seems to me that this stock buyback on 16 MM shares outstanding, and the other future agreements is like buying a pig in a poke at this time. TSIS has verifyable contracts with Fortune 500 companies and unless I could at least verify some of DGIV future plans and alliances with reputable companies its still a poker hand. Regards, Jim
