Paul,
I use Castle from October 1997 and love it.
A few questions:
1. I want to download KillKey on one of my computers as a backup.
Where is download area now? It used to be under "Quotes" but there is Scanner only lately.
2. Castle claimed 2 free ECN's earlier: ISLD and TNTO. Is TNTO charge
still included in ticket fee?
3. I have a problem when I'm trying to take the ask or hit the bid preferencing INCA. I can do that with others ECN's but if INCA presents inside market it's headache. My orders against it immediately timed out. I tried to change TIF from 0 to 3 - no go.
4. Castle is working on many new features. Will KillKey remain as compact as it is with charting, news, chat-room etc? Will Times & Sales be available? Do you have schedule for these innovations?
(I understand that any delays are possible).
