Rick, My favorite guy from Missouri with the rectal microscope: Some of the statements that I posted there an the introduction was directly from Avalon. I apologized once as the FD is around 12.5 instead of 9.2 million. Early statements last fall about the stock going higher soon were based on them getting their magazine deal. Since then it has taken awhile for them to arrange financing and their current acqusition. Bernard had hopes also of things moving quicker by the end of last year but he didn't forsee all the stages of how long this might take as he hasn't been involved in doing this before as he hasn't had experience running a public company. As far as price expectations I base than only on potential earnings per share of what revenues this acquisition could bring in to the company. If it were to say be around 10 cents a share net revenues than its fair to say at current PE's that 1.50 -2.50 would be realistic in todays market environment. As far as JOT and BNTI JOT went down so those people are still stuck at lower prices. As far as BNTI those people got out with some nice profits and I think Lance shifted some of those profits into WAST right before it made a nice run. As far as the selling that is what Bernard believed to be accurate when I first became aware of AVAL. I have let him know that I have not been happy to see the selling that has occurred since I have been in. We did inherit some old shareholders from the old company along with a few others outside the company who were paid in stock back when the company became public. The current directors have not been pounding our market I assure you. If they sold any it is because they have been on meger salaries since they have been with AVAL. I don't mind some selling if they can help bring in buyers to compensate for it so as not to hurt their own market. Everyone has bills to pay and so some selling would not be unusual for any company insiders. I have no apologies for the range that everyone here bought stock as this is in my opinion a good area to accumulate. When accumulation did occur and the stock did run up that was not my fault that some got caught paying higher prices as many had time to buy 5-10 cents cheaper. Right now this stock is still in an accumulation stage for anyone who wants in at good levels. There is no reason to see selling down here or below 30 cents. Alot of this low balling now is the mm's looking to cover their short positions and obviously noone is selling. They have not been anxious to fill Lances 20,000 at 20 cents either. Also when the bids dropped off they slagged the price to where it is now. I don't feel it will take much buying to get our momentum back when things are ready. Also Rick read Hebrews 11:1 which is the defintion of faith. You obviously need to acquire some. In support of Bernard anything that he told me that didn't come to pass was his beliefs and they weren't made to be set in stone as he has not ran a public company and I give him some slack for inexperience. Rick wants us all to think that Bernard,Lance and myself are all liars and this is a big scam. This guy wouldn't know the truth if it slapped him in the face. He wants to be shown and by God he will be and I will be the first to let him know that he was wrong. He could drive up to Elkador,Ia from Missouri and see for himself as he has to shown being from Missouri. I thing they are planning on having their AGM in April and Rick if you go I will be sure to be there. Chad Beemer
