Richard, just called my husband at the office so I can respond somewhat intelligently to your post. My info is for Canadian Courts. When ruling on a preliminary injunction, the judge has to decide 1) is this a serious issue 2) is there irreparable harm 3) "balance of convenience" (legal term) which means he/she looks at the activities of both sides and decides if one side or the other acted inappropriately. So this is a complicated issue. I wouldn't buy or sell the stock on the outcome of an injunction. SR
