Here is the house position for Canaccord for the last month - I haven't found a pattern of short selling with this particular stock. When the VSE halts a stock (due to its own paranoia) during a quick rise it usually states: "...trading in the shares of the company was halted, pending clarification of market activity." When the VSE halts a stock after receiving a complaint regarding a specific issue that it feels necessary to investigate, the words "and company affairs" are added. Hopefully, M Jacobs will be able to satisfy the VSE by 10:00am Monday.
