I noticed there haven't been any posts as of late, so I decided to post a small report (besides, I haven't posted in quite a while).
To start off FLSHF is doing great, and at current prices it's a great buying opportunity - I think that once we start moving, we won't come back to these levels ever again.
CeBit is coming up, and we can expect one or more press releases from the company - all tech firms like coming out with releases on major conferences, and we know that FLSHF has been working hard on OEM deals (hopefully they will be able to let us know about some of them).

Most growth will come from the telecom industry this year. Major telecom companies are working with the company. Flash disks are used in several Telecom systems - like satelite telecom devices (VSAT's developed by Heughs). New switching systems and routers also need (at times) flash products, and let's hope FLSHF can take a big stake of this market.
The deal with C-One is advancing according to plans, and the company doesn't see any problems as of now.

On Dov's recent trip to the states he met with many analysts from leading brokerage houses (H&Q, Oppenheimer, Montgomery, Merril Lynch, Robertson Stephens to name a few). This doesn't mean they'll start buying right away, but they have shown interest in the company. With a little research, they'll see what a great company FLSHF is, and they'll start coming out with buy recommendations.

I haven't said a word about the set-top-box market, Net-PC market (thin client, NC or whatever you prefer to call this market) and disaster recovery for Win NT servers, and I'm already getting excited. The telecom market alone will let FLSHF grow at a fast rate (40% and higher) over the next couple of years. Than in '99 and even more so in 2000 these new markets (which don't really exist today) will help FLSHF grow even faster.

I must remind everyone, once again, that these markets won't affect this year's results at all. These are huge markets, we can understand how big by looking at the set-top-box deal by TCI.
The other markets are the Net-PC market - also expected to be huge (where the DiscOnChip could be dominant), and the disaster recovery solution by FLSHF. Disaster recovery - use a DOC 12 Mb with Win NT on it, place it in a Win NT server. Then, when the servers goes down, instead of waiting for help to arrive you can boot the system using your DOC, thus saving precious time (this time saving won't cost much either).

FLSHF looks great both near term and long term, and I'm buying here almost every day (especially at these ridiculous prices under $5). I had a field day when the stock was under $4 - I was buying like crazy, I couldn't help myself. I won't be selling any time soon.

Take care,
Omer
