Yeah, I found that line amusing too. Have you been watching recent trades? There is some buying interest recently but also a never-ending supply of shares at 0.35. Who could be the buyer? My guess is an insider or related party. (Who else even follows this company?) My guess as to the sellers--either the market maker or others who are holding common shares converted from the prefs. Some really good news will hopefully allow the stock to break above .35. I'm thinking that this quarter's results will include a one-time gain on the recovery of pref. dividends, and if this catches other shareholders off guard (albeit pleasantly), we might see the market take notice.
