Ron,

Your point is moot.

For the sake of argument, let's say their revenues are zero right now.
I really don't know what they are without a SEC filing.

DGIV certainly hasn't gone out of its way to make up any sort of numbers. And reading the past years news releases on DGIV...I don't see anything that looks hypish.

HOWEVER, before this news release the market felt the stock was worth .30 - .40 as a baseline. Right?

The question is: How much more is the company now worth now that it will have a minimum of 1 million in revenues coming in per month?

I believe it's worth a lot more than the past baseline of
.30 - .40 ..wouldn't you agree?

And certainly more than .50

This doesn't even include whatever they plan on in Russia and whatever other deals they are working on.
(hint hint: Florida public utility?)

And, there wasn't a stock buyback till February.

Correct me if I'm wrong but companies don't just buyback company stock to the tune of 1.5 million shares because they have nothing else better to do with their money.

This looks to be a long term keeper as they seem to be getting their foot in the door of international countries (which are the most profitable markets for long distance).

And of course its an OTC:BB stock...so if you don't know what the risks are in investing in a OTC:BB...I suggest you don't purchase one.

Good Trading
