RE: REPURCHASE OF REMAINING SHARES.

I would think that it still makes sense for FAMH to buy back
the shares. They have to account for them one way or another.
Either buy them back at lower prices and account for them on
the books or with a shareholder, I guess at this point it probably
doesn't matter too much. Minor point I through out for discussion
earlier just to have a topic to kick around.
