"E TRADE simple data entey only delayed quotes fair to ok comms" Not totally true. I still use E*Trade and I get real time stock and option quotes thru them. They charge you $30 per month but then credit you back something like $3 per trade. So if you do 10 trades a month, real time quotes are free.
