Jim there is a lively discussion over on Yahoo's AAPL board over the convertible notes issue. I won't repeat some of the points brought up in that discussion here... messages.yahoo.com The discussion starts from post # 11169. messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com Unless adjustment have been made I believe the Note to stock conversion price was at $29.205 not $28.
