It's hard to say when things that could be classified as legal dd started. I think SPE has been negotiating this deal for a long time. Endevour started sending SBL information when? I was hoping for financing deal last October. However, SPE has made progress in the past six months. Drilling results, financing news ( to date), and the acquisition of K&A have all been positive. When do you think hole KOD-1 (released Mar. 3 ) was drilled? I am under the impression that it was drilled last fall and more drilling won't start till mid April at the earliest.
