Hello Everyone!

Re the VSE. Let's all stop & take a deep breathe. First of all, we were all aware that many of our purchases of late, were based on our emotions and excitement of the moment. Secondly, PYT has no earnings/cash flow, etc., but only great possibilities. Third, we all do understand what & how any situation can develop when dealing with any listing on the VSE.

Assuming that Mr. Jacobs and PYT have the determination & committment to stay with their dream untill fruitful realization, we should all respect and encourage management to keep "the chin up" attitude and just continue forward.

The VSE will have to defend their own actions if Mr. Jacobs finds anything out of the ordinary. Also, remember, that to get started as a public company with almost nothing but a dream, we are all lucky that there is a VSE listed company called PYT and we own some of its shares. It's really times like these that will demand our fortitude & conviction to stay the course. Nothing goes up in a straight line, and since the fundamentals are all still in place (I trust), then the only thing that will happen at some point, will be some consolidation that will come from factual & accurate data from Mr. Jacobs himself to give all investors a timely & clear financial picture of where the concept is heading and HOW it will grow the company and translate the progress into shareholder value.

I personally was in PYT at just over a dollar and sold at $3.00. I thought it was reasonable to take a long awaited profit and pay some bills. However, I too can see the enormous potential of the company and bought back in again at $4.50.

So, for those who get the nerves rattled, soon Mr. Jacobs will probably be in a better position to offer some clearer data on everything concerning the bottom line, but the upcoming conferences, continued field trials and plant production activities will begin to polarize all aspects & subsequently bring to light just how far PYT will most likey go.

If it's all a green light re the product & the procedure, then it becomes patience while the company matures. It always comes back to this !

The shorts, the exchanges & on & on, will always be part of the picture in the real business world.

The trust & our dollars really lies in the hands of M. Jacobs. I suggest more individual PYT investors call Mr. Jacobs periodically and talk to him personally. He's a straight shooter.

The more emotions & speculation re VSE, etc., the more nervous the market will become and can set up a bombshell situation which could even incite panic.

So, please, for anybody that gets apprhensive for ANY reason, there are numerous channels to confirm rumours and/or facts. The road to success demands some powerful & courageous battles.

Keep the faith. It's worth it!

Great success to all,

MC
