IS-- you stated : I could be wrong, but, as Firamada is a staffing service company, I can't see them merging with a company that specializes in developing geometry software/applications.

I'm taking a wild guess, but I think the company they are merging with is basically "empty".. meaning once the merge is complete the latter business will cease to exist. From the tone of the Press Releases it sounds like the company they are merging with basically has some assets sitting around, some shares outstanding.. and thats about it. The main "asset" that company has is its NASDAQ listing, and that is what FAMH wants so its merging with it.

Once again this is just my opinion and hopefully this gets cleared up next week, but I think once the "merger" is complete , the new company will simply be Firamada with slight dilution and a NASDAQ listing. I would think the other company would cease to really exist.

Just an opinion,
Mark
