You are getting into a fringe area that has been debated for a long time. My opinion is one should and cannot take advantage of ones dress and demeanor. I do not wish to debate it in depth due to time:-)

That's the real world. As for Barbie, once someone takes the doll out of the store, sales
tag in hand, does Mattel have any control over what happens? I suspect not.


I suspect not also and believe they should not. The barbie is yours once you bought it. You cannot create one and market it. That is a different story. People do some strange things with Barbie Dolls.
