Has any one taken into the account the Bill Teflon effect?? How it will or will not affect the market phsychology?? or the $.

Presently the US is running a budget surplus (so they say) but what will happen if the stock market dips and there is no Income Tax Revenue from paper profits??

Will the coil reverse itself? Were is the trigger?
