Kerm/Timing: Any analysis of Timing will be distorted by the pricing spikes. This year because of a 2m excess, WTI crude could go down to the $10 level and remain there till the Suppliers agree to throttle back. At the moment Saudi-Arabia & Venezuela are in a locked battle with taps cranked open 110 percent of last years capacity.

I believe the tide will turn only when the Venezuelans feel the pressure and cut back production.
