I was reading this discussion about Amazon.com and couldn't help remembering a similar discussion about McCaw Cellular. Everyone was convinced that it was going to plummet right up until the day he sold the company for 18 billion dollars and made almost 3 million for himself and his family. You may someday only be able to dream about buying it in the 70-80 price range....before the split.
