Hello, I talked to Frank Magliato on friday. He said that the company is waiting to finish one more deal, then they would be filing for a listing on NASDAQ OR AMEX whichever one accepts them first. The deal should be complete in the next couple of weeks. A listing on one of the stock exchanges should be complete within 90 days after that. Until they get a listing Frank said that the market makers will continue to play the stock up and down one of the curses of being on the BULLITIN BOARD! He also said that the company will show a loss for the March Quarter and maybe for the September Quarter. This is due to expenses of expanding to new areas. However, he said that earnings will explode by the end of this year. Frank said to be patient things are coming together just as planned and shareholders will be very well rewarded. Ted Hart
