John,

I'm a little unclear. The plans with Texaco call for a 2,500 bpd facility. You stated that 2,000 bpd facility would cost $40 million. The total cost on the Texaco project is $75 million (of which Texaco is due to contribute $25 million). This leaves Syntroleum and Brown & Root to foot the bill for the other $50 million.

Since you are speaking with Mark A., why don't you ask him when and where the plans for this plant are? This was supposed be disclosed by now, but Syntroleum is keeping mum. Maybe they should finally go out and have the wall street banking firm they claim to be so close to do that long rumored public offering.

This story has too much hair on it to get interesting here.
