Dowman makes two points about what Steve Morytko said in post 2914. Dowman said: Have not seen the article... but hard to imagine much research went into the under$12 price guess when Txn paid $400 million for Amanti I haven't seen the article either...nor do we know who wrote it. Maybe Steve could post a link or cut & paste it here. $12 is way too low, and I think the rest of the shareholders would agree. I'd like to know how anyone arrived at that price. The Amati/TXN deal is the comparable for basing a value on Aware...don't know if it would go for the same price...but close...IMO.
