Maybe because you can't "buy into" UTX like you can BLDPF based on market cap? Or maybe UTX is not interested in GM's assistance in developing their product? I don't think that you can compare UTX and Ballard's cells based on Ford's choice of investment. That is based on premise that Ford would've bought into UTX if they had a more advanced fuel cell. You can't prove that assumption. I don't understand your rhetoric.
