Okay, so it's a true story. But what it demonstrates is the social blinders and closed minds, and ultimately the general lack of wisdom of the common man. Because I could hang around in a public restroom propositioning chix all night, and the worst that would happen is everybody would think I was really weird, and most of them would say "Get lost, Creep!" I could still go to work the next day (well, I work at home but that's beside the point). The other thing is that you unconditionally pooh-pooh the concept of a gay scoutmaster. Yet approve of his beliefs and ideas when they are channeled through a person who is not gay. Maybe you want to answer that for yourself (or maybe not). Whatever. I've given up on most people, and have the cynicism borne of too many encounters with illogically closed minds. -MrB
