Sounds like Carson is setting the tone for the next round of this legal dispute. If by some slim chance the Court rules against KRY then Carson's post can be used to keep parties interested a little longer. The question is this. Will PDG commence construction after the ruling? If they do, then I would conclude that all of Caron's huffing and puffing are not relevant. The credibility of Venezuela's mining industry will be on the line in this ruling. If PDG is denied title, after having been granted the right to exploit the LC in a tender process then the majors will most likely not come a calling. Stay tuned, the end is near. Greg
