JR-- I'm not the most sophisticated fella 'round SI... so I could be mistaken. BUT. The company's 10-Q filed with the SEC shows a little over 7 million Convertible Preferred shares outstanding. I could find no company press release stating these shares had been converted. As I said, I could be wrong. What I did find, though, is that the '96 B-1 and B-2 warrants had been exercised by holders at serious discounts to market price... some as low as .63 per share. That would account for the 25% share dillution and folks thinking Soros was out of the picture. My read is that Soros and Co. currently owns over 4 million common and over 7 million yield bearing Convertibles. If my understanding of the SEC reports is wrong, PLEASE help me out. I'd like have a better understanding of the SEC's legaleze. Regards, Paul
