Let me put this in different words.

IF they were scamming would they be running the company in the slip shod way they have been up to this point. No good scam artist would take the chance of having to back pedal. They just wouldn't release any information at all. My point was, they are not running a scam here.

It's a lot easier to withhold information than to retract it.

This company not being a scam is the major point with me. If they have business problems, they can be worked out. It may take time but they can be worked out.
